Glue bound notebook production line AFPF-1020C-P2, is a fully automatic production line for cold glue taped notebook, including office use notebook, school student use notebook, etc.
This equipment is the lastest notebook production line with non-axis design. It is controlled by servo system, PLC and advanced electrical control system in most of the production process. High level electrical component is used to change the traditional mechanical gear throughly, so is more easy to operate.

Q3. What's the delivery time?
Depending on production schedule, it is normally 30 to 45days. Most of the time we have stock.
Q4. What payment and trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Shenzhen price.
Q5. Is it easy to operate and what can I do if I experience any difficulty?
Firstly, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one operator.
We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company.
We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.
Q6. Is spare parts available?
We would supply the most commonly necessary spare parts in shortest time.
Q7. What is the guarantee and maintenance period?
The guarantee period is one year. We guarantee that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects.
Q8. Will you send technician to install the machine? How many days?
Of course. We send technician for machine installing and initial training, and it's free for 15 days.
